This is an original painting, 24"x24" acrylic and fabric on 1.5" deep cradled panel. The sides of this piece are wood that's been sanded and finished, so the piece can be hung without a frame. The painting is protected with a semi-gloss varnish.

“Oraguese” means “stormy” in French. I think of this piece (along with several other storm pieces, like Tempestuously and Temporale) as representative of emotional tumult as well as a physical storm. I created this piece during hurricane season, thinking of the tempests happening in the Atlantic.
